Hairstyles for Short Hair 20122012 Hairstyles for short hair can be a bit hard to come up with. After all, you assume that since you don’t have much going on up there anymore, you can’t really do anything with your hair…however, that’s not entirely true.

1. Teased Hair

Unfortunately, of all the hairstyles for short hair, this is the one that can end kind of badly if you have really thick hair that takes forever to unknot. However, if you have thin hair or hair that doesn’t really like to do much, you can tease it in order to get it to kind of behave. Not to mention that teased hair is also really, really fun and you can create a semi-scene hairstyle by using teasing methods on the top of the crown, back.

2. Mini-Fro
If you have kinky, curly hair, then you might want to take the time to stick to the mini-fro. This is one of the different hairstyles for short hair that’s also really cute, depending on how you work it. Try picking out your fro to make it a little bit curlier and fluffier. It’ll look better and it will also give you an unique look.

3. Scene Hair

Scene hair is another one of the hairstyles for short hair—and it doesn’t even have to be almost medium length either. Scene hair consists of a fluffy, normally teased in the back and longer in the front. Bangs and the sides are very sleek and smooth and normally straightened while the rest can be a little bit curly, if you’re looking for something funky and new.

4. The Sleek Look

This is simple—straighten everything that you can, and sleek down the hairs that are too short to straighten. It’s quick, easy, and shouldn’t take most people more than ten minutes. This is one of the easiest of the hairstyles for short hair.
